Report any suspicious phone calls, emails or other forms of communication to us immediately.

Debit and Credit Cards
TCCU works with premier fraud protection services to monitor activity on our members’ debit and credit cards which notify us, and the member, of any suspicious transactions.  When fraudulent activity is suspected, the member will be contacted by a fraud analyst to verify the transaction.  If the transaction is confirmed to be valid, subsequent purchases will not be blocked.  However, if the member cannot verify the card activity, the transaction will be marked as suspicious and the card will be blocked immediately, preventing the potential for further fraud from occurring.

TCCU employs some of the most advanced internet security technology in the industry to protect your personal financial information: unique identifiers with multiple layers of authentication, SSL technology, 128-bit encryption, monitored firewalls to prevent unauthorized access, up-to-date anti-virus protection technology to detect and prevent viruses, and a time-out feature that automatically ends your session after a period of inactivity.
